When on August 15, completing the field season, we celebrate the Archaeologist's Day, the first traditional toast "to archaeology" is followed by another one, now traditional again, "to the Internet". The foreign volunteers whose presence in our camp became possible solely thanks to the world web, drink "to the Internet" together with us.
The Internet has come to stay in archaeologists' everyday life, and it introduced the archaeologists of Russia into the international archaeological community. The world web helps us maintain a variety of contacts with our colleagues in the whole world.
